Booking your lessons is easy! All lessons can be booked through our online booking system. You can also get in touch with us by email (hello@oceantribe.ae) or by phone/whatsapp +971506001151. The schedules can be flexible with enough notice, and within the constraints of the 24 hours cancellation policy. Once the kite surfing course starts your following lessons will be agreed with your instructor and the payment should be done through the online booking system.

Safety 

Do I need to be able to swim? 

Watersports require a basic level of swimming to be able to be more comfortable and safe during the session. Safety is our primary concern.

Injuries

Ocean Tribe is not liable for any injuries that occur during a lesson or a rental. We expect that you are full covered for such activities and your insurance will cover any incidents. Safety is really our priority. We've never had any students get injured during our lessons. However, if it does happen, we will take all necessary actions to get you to the nearest hospital/clinic if necessary. 

Cancellation Policy

Kitesurfing and Wingfoiling lesson times are not set in stone, and the schedules can be flexible with enough notice, and within the constraints of the 24hours/ 48hours cancellation policy.

Everybody’s schedules are busy, and as a school that is structured on an hourly basis, it is incredibly important that we are informed as soon as you are aware that you are unable to attend a lesson.

There is currently a waiting list for all the lessons, In order to allow us to schedule effectively and make sure that no one misses out on the opportunity to take lessons, we ask that you agree to the following:

• For all lessons and rentals during the weekdays, all cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
• For all lessons and rentals during the weekends, all cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours for weekdays and less than 48 hours during weekends in advance will be charged in full and your cancellation will count as a used lesson/rental.

• Exceptional circumstances and illness will be taken into consideration.

• Lessons can be rescheduled by contacting us via email hello@oceantribe.ae or calling us at +971506001151 . We will do our best to reschedule, however with a full roster, it is challenging and you may have to wait until the following week for your next class.

• For big groups, cancellation should be made at least 1 week in advance.

• Participants that fail to show for any lesson type will be charged in full for the lesson, no exceptions.

• If the Ocean Tribe cancels your lesson due to unfavorable wind, waves or dangerous weather conditions, you will not be liable for any lesson costs.

Vouchers & Gift Vouchers

• The vouchers are valid until Six months from the date of issuance.
• The vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
• Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue.
